My friend was only 13 and in 5’5 and 130 lbs. she told that she hate her tummy she try everything she cross land run and do track and she was beatific at it but her tummy was just a little to chubby for her she have tried so many things to thin down but really she was just gaining weight and personally I do not see a diffrence in her tummy she then told me also that she even do situps everyday! she just dont understand anymore and every day essentially she look online to find newborn things to do for it…she wish that she could just find a beatific diet to follow and an excersice plan she swear and promise if she do she will be dedicated to it and not give up. :(
